To qualify for the $50 sign-up incentive, your vehicle or charging equipment needs to be successfully enrolled in the FlexCharge program and connected to the WeaveGrid platform (Tesla owners will need to complete a virtual key connection). This incentive is available once per customer account, even if you enroll more than one vehicle.
Once you've met the enrollment requirements, your incentive is processed on a monthly cycle. Approved incentives are distributed within about one week of the processing date, so you can generally expect to receive it within a few weeks of completing enrollment. You'll receive an email from our disbursement partner, Choice Digital, with instructions on how to claim your payment.
