Multiple vehicles per household may be enrolled in FlexCharge. Enrollment and monthly participation incentives are provided per customer. Program enrollment occurs at the vehicle or charger level and must support active charging control through manufacturer's app or onboard systems to maintain platform connection throughout participation.
