To earn the $10 monthly participation incentive, you need to be connected and enrolled in the FlexCharge program during the month, charge at home at least twice, and maintain a participation score of 70% for the month by adhering to your managed charging plan.
Participation incentives are processed once a month. After the close of each month, approved incentives are typically distributed within about one week. You'll receive an email from our disbursement partner, Choice Digital, with instructions on how to claim your payment.
